Shipping policy

Our goal is to give you a wonderful experience with our products and service. We go to all lengths to make deliveries stress-free for our clients. Please read the policy to know more about our shipping and returns.

SHIPPING DETAILS

• Every order placed on zauqezameen.pk will be shipped to a single address listed at the time of order. Please place separate orders if you wish to receive your orders at multiple addresses.
• We deliver our products through reliable courier partners and may use/change as per our convenience.
• We receive orders only from Pakistan; overseas ordering is not available at the moment.
• We offer free delivery for all orders and do not charge any hidden costs. Please do not pay any amount to the rider other than the item price mentioned.
• Our standard delivery usually takes up to 3-4 working days in major cities and -5 working days in other cities. However, it may be delayed during sales, holiday periods, or due to unexpected circumstances.
• All orders are processed from Monday to Wednesday, and orders placed on Thursday to Sunday are processed on Monday.
• In case of any delay, please call us at +92 339 2222009; our team will look into the issue and resolve it at the earliest.
• We ship all items in a single order. In case of availability issues, your order may be dispatched separately.
  
• Once you have successfully placed an order with Zauq-e-zameen, you will receive an order confirmation email.
• You will receive an email from Zauq-e-zameen when your order is shipped with a tracking ID.
• Our online payment is 100% secure using your bank credit/debit card.
