🚚 Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times vary by location. While we strive for speed, delays can occur due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances.
• Zauq-e-Zameen is not responsible for delays once the parcel is handed over to the courier.
• Parcel Responsibility: If a parcel is returned or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, no re-delivery no refund will be Provided.

⚠️ Product Disclaimer

Please note the following natural characteristics of our mangoes before placing your order:

• Natural Variations: Since mangoes are a natural, farm-grown product, individual fruits may vary in shape, size, color, and weight. Skin blemishes or slight external spotting are natural and do not affect the taste or quality of the fruit.

• Ripening & Weight Loss: Mangoes inherently lose moisture and can shrink slightly during transit. A minor weight variation of 5% to 8% upon arrival is normal due to natural moisture loss.

• Ripeness Upon Arrival: Depending on your location, mangoes may be shipped slightly semi-ripe to prevent them from spoiling during transit. They may require a few days at room temperature to fully ripen and develop their peak flavor.

• Consumption Timeline: As fresh produce, mangoes have a limited shelf life. We recommend checking the fruit upon delivery and consuming or refrigerating them accordingly. Zauq-e-Zameen is not responsible for spoilage caused by improper storage after delivery.

False claims, fake complaints, or edited proofs will result in a permanent ban from our services. We reserve the right to take legal action in case of fraudulent activities or defamation.
